Ab Roller exercise?
I got a roll Ab one of my friends .. 2 wheels with 2 handles, well I was wondering how to use correctly. If someone had a video released to the workout or something?
Unless you have no fat on the belly, theres no point in using it. Make a roller AB or situps or crunches or other ab exercises will not make you lose fat stomach. Theres no such thing as spot reduction. Rather than wasting your time, go do some cardio. Go run or jog or something. Ab exercises only thing that will do is make your ab muscles bigger and stronger, it will not make you lose fat in that area.
