Whatever You Do, Do not Go on a Diet

On January 1, millions of people will make a resolution to lose weight. Although this is a resolution popular and great to do, most people will take it completely in the wrong direction.

Many go out and buy more latest, hottest and most talked about food. Others will join a gym, hire a Personal Trainer, or hire a nutritionist. Some will find a hypnotherapist in the quest for weight loss. Let us break down the advantages and disadvantages of each, and then I'll give you an idea of what the best approach would be to do.

To diet. This is the worst possible move you can do if you try to lose weight and keep it off. If you want to lose weight quickly, and do not bother to win all back and even after, then it may be for you. But, satisfaction in the short term to lose weight, dieting will wreak havoc on your body and mind, both physically and psychologically.

In a government study it was shown that over 96% of people fail diet after 6 months. In another study, it was shown that people who dieted gained more weight over a period of 3 years than those who did not diet. And both groups weighed the same initially.

So with that said, "Why in the world would someone go on a diet." Well, industry of dieting is spending billions of dollars each year on advertising revenue to make you believe their product will work for you. They work very hard to produce powerful emotions of fear, lust, avarice and its viewers. As a result, consumers spend almost 40 billion dollars annually on products that have proven to not work. So, let's get food out of the picture.

Join a gym. There is nothing wrong with joining a gym, as long as you have the right expectations. One study showed that over 90% of people who join a gym have no idea what they do once they are there. So you pay between $ 40.00 to 100.00 $ Per month, visit a few times and never go back, while being locked in a contract year long in most cases.

If you're already in pretty good shape, and you're one of less than 10% of people who know what to do, then the gym may be for you. But if you're one of the 90% + of people understand that bank gyms on the fact that you will not know what you do once you get there. You'll hire a trainer, or because you may get hurt, show little results, or you will not go back. Anyway, the gym claims.

Hire a personal trainer. This could be an invaluable investment until you find the training center or personal training. Unfortunately, Industry Standards of Personal Training are extremely low. Attempts have been made recently to improve standards, and it works, however, trainers are down too many still slip through the net. Today we can say a personal trainer after taking a course online day and obtain a certification.

Experience in training staff can help you achieve results in safe, and a fast way. You just need to be sure you're the right person or company. Some of the best questions to pose a potential trainer are:

1. What is your experience and qualifications?
Require a highly qualified professional in the field physiology of exercise. Today, there are literally hundreds of personal training certification organizations, most of which do not require hands on experience or a comprehensive examination and evaluation. Certifications that we recognize as acceptable are: NPTI (National Personal Training Institute), ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine), ACE (American Council on Exercise), AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America, and NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association).

A personal trainer should also have experience in the field. What makes a coach personnel acceptable is their ability to handle and develop programs for people of all ages, sizes, and disabilities. This not only comes a good education, but experience with many different customers as well.

2. Are you insured?
Statistics show that 85% of all personal trainers who operate under their own name, are not adequate professional liability insurance. This not only shows a total disregard for the integrity of the industry of personal training, it shows a lack of professionalism for trainer or company.

3. How long have you been in business?
This is very important. Owners most personal trainers working part time for a company, or are the sole difficulty in making ends meet. The last thing you want is to see amazing results with a coach, but then find they must find another job.

Find an experienced coach who has done this for at least 2 years, or to find a personal training company that has been in business for over 5 years. By hiring a company, if a teacher quits or becomes unavailable, they will more than likely someone else to step in so that you will not skip a beat.

4. How will you measure my progress?
Any personal trainer who wants you to see results and stick with the program will offer some type of evaluation to verify the condition and progress. This is very important for a personal training program. Most people want to see, not only visually, but on paper what they spend their hard earned money on.

5. What is your availability?
A key element to achieve results is consistency. When hiring a personal trainer or personal training company, An important consideration is the availability and flexibility of the trainer or the company. If you need to reschedule an appointment, the trainer or society should be able to see either at an appropriate time, or having another coach available to fill your day additional.

6. What are your rates and terms?
One reason that the personal trainer is not ranked up there with other professionals in their field in terms of respect and credibility is the fact that too many sell themselves short. Back in health clubs 70, offered a free personal training.

Today you can find a personal trainer for any where between $ 40.00 to $ 300.00 per session. The key is that you get what you pay for. If you are looking for a cost lower than a personal trainer 9 times out of 10, you get a less experienced person who is in danger of having to change careers.

On the other hand, if you come across a coach who imposes very high tariffs, they should not only many years of experience, but some else to offer than the instruction period only.

While hiring a personal trainer can provide significant benefits, please be careful who you invite into your home and your life. Make sure the trainer or Company is of good reputation, is insured, has been in business for a long time, an appropriate royalty fees, and can provide their credentials.

Hiring a nutritionist or dietitian.
Let's face it, most people who want to lose weight already know what food is good for them and what food is bad for them. They already know that the pizza is high in fat and fast foods rich in calories. They know they should be drinking water, eating smaller meals through their day, and avoid foods high in fat. Why would you spend $ 50.00 $ 200.00 on a dietitian or nutritionist?

Well, if you need accountability, they can help. If you have any allergies to food, medical or digestive issues, they can help. If you have absolutely no idea what is good for you or bad for you then they can help.

Now, the same for nutritionists and dieticians who apply to personal trainers. Be sure to ask the same questions before inviting someone to help you with what you put in your mouth.

Go see a hypnotherapist.
You may be surprised, but it is one of the most effective ways to lose weight and keep it. Hypnotherapy helps to initiate his subconscious mind, and into healthy suggestions that would take automatic actions to help them lose weight. Now, I only have one problem with many Hypnotherapists or Self Hypnosis Tapes there. Again, hypnosis can engage the subconscious. But what is he aware of anyone?

I saw Hypnotherapists Self Hypnosis tapes and tell someone they seem slim, weigh 120 pounds and wear a dress size 1 while in a hypnotic state. Well, while the subconscious may be able to allow this information, if a person weighs 300 pounds, and is a size 30, their conscious mind will certainly have a problem with that.

If the conscious mind of someone is working against their subconscious, the results will be greatly attenuated. A good hypnotherapist for weight loss should have training in both nutrition, exercise, or both. Then they will be able to provide you with an easy to follow plan, and help integrate the appropriate information in your subconscious mind. They will also give you realistic expectations that both your conscious and unconscious be able to accept.

So what is the absolute best way to lose weight and keep it off? Well, it depends on your situation. If you're in decent physical shape, and want to lose a couple pounds of vanity, then go join a gym or hire a coach staff. If you have no idea what foods are good or bad for you, or a liqueur, medical or allergy issues, and seek nutritionist or dietitian.

If you are over 30 pounds to lose and have struggled with your weight for a long time, then either a personal trainer come to your home, or a hypnotherapist may prove very useful for you. Whatever You Do, Do not Go On A Diet!

If you are more than 30 pounds overweight, have struggled for some time, have committed acts of self-sabotage and have no idea why, already know what foods are good for you and bad for you, try diet and exercise and have failed, and do not know where go, you're lucky.

You may not see it as coincidence that you've struggled for so long with such an important issue, but believe me, you're lucky. I can say this because there is finally a new way to use the power of hypnotherapy, NLP, training and instinctive to make changes on the subconscious level. It covers all areas of weight loss. It's a way that will transform your life in areas more than your health and weight. And why this may be a lucky day for you.

By using Hypnotherapy with Instinctive Training and NLP that you help to change your inner dialogue. Whether you know it or not, you think over 60,000 thoughts each day. If you struggle with your weight, I can guarantee that many these thoughts are self-destructive. Most of your thoughts just come and go, and you'll never pay attention.

Some you recognize and take action on. What is important to know is that nearly 90% of your thoughts are those who come and just go. And it is in the 90% of thoughts unconscious that makes you do 90% of what you do on a daily basis.

By changing your inner dialogue, you can live life as a thin person, at least mentally. Once this has been accomplished your body has no choice but to follow. You can not do the reverse. You can not say: "Well, once I lose weight, then I'll be happy with myself." This does not work, ever.
The system processes all facets of the mind, and implement a plan based on your primal instincts of activity and eating. It can produce weight loss that you not think about.

Imagine losing weight and not knowing how you do it? Imagine what you eat and still lose weight?

Precisely what the system does to its users. Whichever route you decide to take your resolution, I wish you all the best. Please do not waste your time, money, or your metabolism diet. It does not work and you will probably worse than if you did nothing.

I work diligently to make a push to improve the lives of all those I come in contact with, both physically and mentally. I was booked for the last 3 years and can not possibly make an impact on a scale I would like. This is my reason for developing this system.

Whatever amount of weight you want to lose, or whatever your age, size, or situation in your life using Hypnotherapy with Instinctive Training and NLP can transform your life.

And Yes, if you wish, you can follow this path, in conjunction with a Personal Trainer. I do not recommend using a dietitian or nutritionist with the system unless you have a medical or psychological reason to do so.

Best luck and I hope you realize what whether you desire.
