Simple but effective?
I am looking base to start an exercise routine at home. What are some simple, free weights, exercise I can do?
Over there are many exercises you can do in your home without any type of material or having to learn a routine long. You can start walking in place for 3 minutes, then stretch for another 5. Then start hitting some of these exercises: push-aways, bicycling Conversely, push-ups, toe touch-ups V. They all work your core muscle groups and help you burn more calories. There are more suggestions and videos on the pages below. Do not bother to read the article on the second page of the list, just watch the videos and start slowly. The people you see in their videos were made for a very long time, and if you can make 5 or 6 each or do not be concerned. Whether you keep them you will be able to do more each week. Good luck!
