I have a question for people to fitness?
I will start a walking program major fitness. I will do on the treadmill and just walk outside. My question is has anyone bought new tennis shoes of the designer? They look really comfortable. Also, if is true. they say they are good for the lower back, which would be good for me. I have lower back problems. I do exercises for my lower back, but thought it would be also an advantage. This is not the real reason I am interested in the shoes because they look really ease. Thank you

You should look into buying New Balance shoes that are specific to your needs. A shoe store good fitness can tell you what size, width and type of shoe is best for your system on.
