The exercise itself is about 45 minutes long and consists of a brief warm-up, a lot of ab work, some ab work decubitus, leg and glute lifts and loved, and then two sets of exercises for arms, one without and one with weight of light weights, and then it ends with a period recovery and stretching. The drive is certainly difficult, even for a more experienced person students, but not massively hard.
