what is the best training program (bodybuilding)?
am 28yrs old and weight lifting for the first time I began one month ago, I'll usually 4 to 5 times a week and I work for about 1h 45min .... I workout all musles during the session Training .... biceps, triceps, chest, back and abdominals However a friend of mine told me yesterday that the best way to get muscles is to 3 for 1 year and muscular work musles a day! For example: Monday will only work on the arms, chest and chest Tuesday wedsday is how I do my job out?? or should I follow my friends advice?
