Is this a good workout?
MI 15 and just want to stay in shape and strengthen my body might get a pack six, to strengthen my biceps and legs. On a regular day I do cardio workout 1 hour = 15 minutes of boxing Running 2 miles 15 minutes moderate pace stair climbing 15 mins skipping rope 15 minutes 1 hour work = muscle I Pick 4 groups that I work on Mon, Wed, Fri 15 minutes each to different exercises 1 Abs = back time and I work my abs for 16 minutes and rest my abs. (divide into 2 sets of 8 minutes) I exercise also my back for 15 minutes this is what I do on a regular day with all activities come in the day also. I cut the cardio I do the days of sport at school and I do the soccer training, the days I work on my muscles. My plan is 6 wheat bix for breakfast lunch recess Banana, Healthy Salad Sandwich lunch at home protein drink after school, maybe spaghetti dinner, stir-fries, kangaroo and vegetables or anything to chance.
Nothing wrong with that. Just do not over do it and injure yourself. Ease into it during few weeks.
