Does doing exercises without weights (ie wall-seat, push-ups and pull-ups) enough to work on muscle groups?
To explain more in detail, is enough pumps triceps / chest strengthen sufficient in these areas or in the weight should be used? Done at the wall is enough for strong quads and pull-ups only workout back enough?
