For a beginner in the world exercise, is it better to exercise every day or every other day?

I want to continue to practice; the only way I'll do it if I see the results. My gym routine was the same: 1 / 2 hour of cardio (stepper, treadmill, elyptical (Sp) and 1 / 2 hour of weight if I go every day, my endurance is not so much about each piece of equipment? .. .. I wear out faster and it's harder to get motivated to go to the gym. At the same time, I want results as quickly as possible. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
