30-45 minutes of jogging / running 10 minutes of jump rope 30 minutes of jumps, squats, and suicides. 25 minutes of crunches, Push Ups, Pull Ups The search for a good two hours of exercise I can do every day or try. Maybe every two days.

Looks good to me. You will not build much muscle with this work, but hell, if you stick to it, you'll the thinner person, even:)! Good luck!
