What a workout daily exercise can I do with my body that I can only stay in shape and the air well with the muscles?

I think I have OCD and I can literally follow the instructions for the exercise. Give me all instructions and I'll follow to the letter. I never miss these things, but lately I have not had time to exercise and now I'm overweight again. Quite a good system of daily exercise to tone the muscles? I did not gain weight but if I have to work with my body alone. For example, I know your abs crunches, I'm willing to do more than one day, however, I am not tired and my doctor says I have the same mental illness due to stick to my exercise routines too narrowly and strictly.

swimming all your muscles. but swim in the pools wont to do. I know there are some places where you can swim in an "artificial river" where you can choose a current, and swim against it. It will deff help you even in your muscles. But will not swim alone. Doing the usual stuff does help, but it is also important to manage many things to keep your stamina high, and stretching as well. And of course, you need to eat healthily, go ask your doctor or trainer for a diet that suits you:).
