I am interested to know the position you are in football. If you are one of defensive linemen / offensive, you probably go to your nearest sports and you get buff. But if you're more than a quarter race Quick, simply paste exercises on speed of your camp. It's the best advice I could give you if you want pure speed, for I do not know nothing speed drills.
