What thin women do little for exercise and diet?
I'm looking for answers from women in their years 30 are small, (I'm 5'2) who drive and are actually losing weight after three pregnancy. I think I may be workout routine and your Splurge as if you have a martini on Friday or something. So how to avoid eating when junk holidays. THANKS! THANKS!
Go running. I too have had 3 children and I am close to my size before pregnancy. Basically, I do not eat much. I eat for breakfast Cheerios, peanut butter and jelly for lunch and dinner which could count as a workout.
