Good weight loss exercises I can do at home?

I am 17 years old, Male and try to lose some extra kilos. I have no gym membership, because I was very sick about 8-10 weeks, but I am al better now and want to shed some Rapid weight for summer. I have no equipment, just a mattress and floor large living room! Any suggestions? Of course, it obviously sit down and press up, but all other fat burning alternative suggestions? Thank you!

If your goal is to lose weight and stay fit for a long period, from all the research I did and my personal experience, here's what I propose: Remember, fitness is 70 percent and 30 percent DIET year. Thus, healthy eating is more important than doing thousands of crunches. Basically, you should try to lose the extra weight and fat and build muscle and tone the muscles you already have. First, eat 6 times a day, every three hours. Some healthy snacks are: (1) A sandwich peanut butter, especially in the morning: do not worry, peanut butter has fats, the kind your body needs. I add celery in it, which tastes surprisingly good. (2) Fruit: I eat per day, two apples, two bananas, two oranges and other seasonal fruits. The fruits are low in calories but are filling (3). Carrots: Can be difficult to eat first, but not taste bad if you get used to. (4) power bars / Granola bars: choose those with less than 5 grams of fat per serving (5). Soy milk: will your hunger away and also for protein strength training. Second, avoid eating a heavy meal and followed every 3 hours eat rule (see I above). Do not eat less than 3 hours before going in bed, except a small portion of light snacks listed above. So do not miss breakfast. Third, run or do cardio exercise, like swimming or brisk walking, 5 times a week. Fourth, how the tone of the ABS: Every day I (1) regular sit-ups, (2) bicycles Sit-ups (3) 30 degree sit-ups for upper abdominal (= Lift the upper body only 30 degrees above the ground and hold for three seconds down), (4) flutter kicks the lower abdominals. Start with 60 representatives in several series and increase up to 200 delegates in 4 sets by day with a minute rest between sets. Good luck.
