Hi, I just did my first Pilates class and I feel that time was distinctly similar to what my gym teacher at school used to force us to do under the name "Swedish exercise." I was wondering: Is Pilates just a rebranding of this ancient form of exercise so they sound more "hype"? Is there a difference I can see not?
