What is a good exercise routine for the abdominal and leg muscles?
So I tried to start working on my abs and leg muscles and atleast get rid of love handles! But I have just been busy.So now I have the time it would a good way to make them look good and do not take forever to see results. Thank you very much for your help!
You can begin to go to the gym or just visit some sites that have videos of the year, or you could buy a Vid exercise so you can make at home ... Well, Here are some good ideas that I found ..: Sumo squat (12 representatives): Stand with feet slightly wider apart than the hips. Hold a weight in both hands just above your head. Then squat low and balance the weight between your legs, then forward, lifting the back, your body back to standing. Sidestepper (12 representatives): Stand with feet apart hip with fingers. Hold a weight in each hand in front of the thighs. Step the left as you Draw your arms to your chest with your elbows bent. Then push your left foot and bring the weight back to your starting position. Repeat the same thing to your right to another representative. Dragonfly (12 representatives): start with all fours, holding a weight in each hand. Then extend your leg left behind you in line with your body. Then extend your right arm on the side at shoulder level. Keep the left leg lifted, then wrap the weight to your chest. Straighten your hours to a rep, then switch sides. Back Attack (10 representatives): sleep with face down and legs pressed. Hand behind his back and fingers interlaced and draw the shoulder blades. Then, lift your chest to the ground as you kick your heels towards the end with the control. Do three times for a rehearsal.
