How to get rid of dark circles under the eyes?

I am only 16 year OR eat and sleep, and my dark circles are not hereditary. What can I do? I try and cover them with makeup, but not enough, you could see them. Help Please Please!

The rings are down to the thin skin under the eyes where the blood drops below can show through, it is often genetic, but only to other factors come into it as sleep deprivation, disease and poor nutrition. The usual rules apply, with health and beauty, getting plenty of sleep (8 hours) and good food - it may be down to food allergies (dairy and caffeine being the most common - consider allergy tests for both food and common allergies like pollen and dust), lack of iron can strongly contribute to the problem, excessive toxin accumulation may be a factor too (drink lots of water will help). I found the mascara makes things worse than half the day ends before my eyes, so I avoid this problem by dying my lashes, then curl with eyelash curlers before applying a little oil (coconut oil is best because it soothes tired eyes as well) to wipe the dust of my lashes, hold up and stress.
