How to Lose Belly Fat, a combination of Diet & Exercise By Spencer Jackson

If you want to lose weight quickly big belly or loose there any that you need several things to do.

The first thing is to get your food intake correct. For loss the fat calories you need is determined using the formula 10 X your weight in pounds, ie: if you are 10 stone is 140 pounds x 10 = 1400 calories, which should be divided into 3 categories

1. Carbohydrates

This should consist of 50% of you food content equivalent to 700 calories for a 10 stone person, divided by 4, which is how many calories there are per gram of carbohydrates and just 175 grams of carbohydrates per day. Hydrates carbon

2. Protein

The protein you should be looking at consumption should come from poultry, fresh oily fish, some red meat and if you work in a high quality whey protein powder.

3. Fat

Fat should be composed of 20% of your food intake equivalent to 280 calories for a 10 stone person, divided by 9, which is how many calories there are per gram of fat which comes to 31 grams of fat per day. The fats you should get from sources like nuts and seeds, olive oil, fatty fish fresh and supplements of essential fatty acids.

The next step is to eat these foods little and often, the best way is to eat foods between 6 to 8 times a day, if not possible then 4 to 6 is fine.

4. Fitness and Exercise

The second thing is to get a fitness program, if possible from an experienced Personal Trainer. The best way to burn fat is to train about 4 times week for one of these days must be composed of a good bodybuilding routine combined with
exercises fitness base and another 2 days you need aerobic training heart rate and exercise. If you can exercise at home then get yourself some good commodity packaging Physical and body weight using strength exercises and make power
