Wisdom of Ayurveda to treat hypertension

In today's world of science and technology, sometimes the wisest thing to do is turning to the ancient wisdom and ancient to seek remedies for diseases of today, such as hypertension. Ayurvedic medicine, or ancient Indian science of healing has long been known that there are some lifestyle changes that can simply be made to fight against hypertension pressure without medication against hypertension . For example, regular exercise is one the best ways to lower blood pressure and a good exercise program, especially endurance exercises such as jogging or sport, will cause peripheral resistance to decrease and help to eliminate body fat, lower total cholesterol and raise HDL cholesterol prevents fatty - cholesterol deposits.

But lets go even easier. The simple effect of food, love and affection may fall substantially your blood pressure. Ayurveda warns us to always tell the truth as falsehood has been found to increase blood pressure, because it requires a lot of mental health practice. Speak slowly and try not to get excited, talking loudly and rapidly can significantly raise your blood pressure during conversation. In addition, anger leads to chronic elevations in blood pressure and may be a risk factor for severe coronary - heart - disease. So be cool, speak softly and even in the event of extreme discontent. As we have long known, Ayurveda says that laughter is the best medicine and is as good as relaxation therapy, exercise or other methods used to overcome stress. Study shows that laughter reduces the production of adrenaline and cortisol. Laughter can help if you have high blood pressure. If you are frustrated, unhappy, angry, and just for laughs back away from rabies, it is the effective medicine and it is free.

Finally, for peace of mind to meditate. Focus on the breath incoming and outgoing, focusing on the temperature of the breath in and out. You may notice the expired air is slightly warmer than the air inhaled. If you focus the mind on the breath for 10 minutes, the mental disorder is reduced and blood pressure normalizes. Many find that by implementing these simple changes, medication is not necessary at all.

Hypertension and Stroke

Hypertension and Stroke

$189

Stroke is the third leading cause of death in the US and a leading cause of disability among adults. Stroke is not an accident but occurs in relation to a number of risk factors or antecedents. Hypertension is the most important modifiable risk factor for stroke, and blood pressure level may play an important role in determining outcome after acute ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke. Hypertension remains poorly controlled in the community at-large, and once stroke occurs clinicians are not certain about proper management of blood pressure during the acute, subacute and chronic periods after stroke. Given the importance placed on hypertension as a risk factor for stroke and new data which is now available from clinical trials regarding management of hypertension for stroke prevention and after stroke, a compendium is needed to concisely summarize the available data on hypertension and stroke and direct clinicians about proper treatment of blood pressure. This text will address the epidemiology, mechanism, and pathophysiology of hypertension and blood pressure in relation to stroke and other brain sequelae of abnormal blood pressure, results of clinical trials demonstrating best suggested practice modalities to manage blood pressure and hypertension, and provide practical management tips for controlling blood pressure and hypertension. The book will be a valuable asset to medical students, resident physicians, practicing physicians, and other health care professionals who treat stroke patients or deal with persons at high-risk for stroke.
