I am 14 and I play football and I run track. I work on building muscle muscle without exercise? I am not able to run at its 10 degrees outside. With regard to monitoring, these are some good exercises running that this? Finally, exercise for football. I have a pair of dumbbells 10 book and pull up bar with three handles. I want to gain muscle wait as possible and I really want work on my arm muscles, pecs, and abs. What are good exercises? If it helps any, I do a lot to tackle and I play the kick-off Thank you!
