What is the best machine or a combination of machines used to balance out the aerobic work? What are the advantages and disadvantages of each? Thank you

If you have the choice of all these machines, I recommend you to another machine on another day for 40 minutes. The most important thing is As you move, sweat and hard work. Some work different muscles each other, you can search on the advantages and disadvantages each ... or just try each for yourself.
