If I Stick To This Regime, Will I Lose Body Fat? ♥?

Okay, I'm 5'5 - 5'6, 123 pounds. Is that overweight or okay?
Today I ate -
Breakfast - 5Og Low fat Pecan Cereal with 150ml of Semi skimmed milk. 180 calories.

Lunch - Two egg omelette with ham and cheese. 280 - 300 calories.

Dinner - A fajita with chicken, lettuce, peppers, onions, seasoning, cucumber and avocado.

5 glasses of water.

Exercise: 2O minute brisk walk to school, 15 minutes yoga, 15 minutes of intense cardio workout (crunches, twists, leg twists, weights), 1O minute trampolining. I have two hour basketball training once a week.

If I stick to this, will I lose some more body fat and tone up more?

As snacks I usually eat fruit, yogurt and fruit rivita slices.

Personally, I consider you skinny already. I am actually trying to get down to your weight and we are the same height.

I would say that all in all, you are doing well on the eating part of your diet.

Your exercise looks good, but I would have more intense cardio in there where you are running or jogging and panting your breath. Walking is great, but jogging and getting your heart beating is better. Do some intense cardio for at least 30 min, 5-6 days a week. This will help you gain muscle and lose body fat. On the day that you have basketball practice, don't do the cardio.
