Exercise can save your life?

Located at 150 minutes per week breaks in 30 minutes 5 times a week helps prevent diabetes Type 2. Type 2 is the fastest moving the disease in the world because it is caused by excessive food intake, poor use of insulin in the blood lethargic and physical activity. To be frank, those who become obese from sitting on their rear end and stuffing their faces for what reason ever.

The effect of diabetes is when you eat food, the body breaks down all the sugars and starches into glucose, which is what your body needs fuel. Insulin takes sugar from blood into cells. When glucose builds up in the blood instead of going into cells, it can cause two problems: 1) the cells may be starved for energy. 2) High levels of glucose in the blood can damage your eyes, kidneys, nerves or heart. In the worst cases this can lead to loss of extremities, connected to a dialysis machine and in case of death most extremes.

Do not suffer from diabetes

Can you remedy this? Absolutely, and here are some tips to help you save lives:

  1. Consult your doctor about what types of physical activity is OK for you. This will depend on the shape you're in right now and how hard you can rely. Even at the worst possible form, most doctors will get you started a sort of exercise routine.

  2. Plan your exercise routine and start slowly at first. You must be able to sweat, but not strenuous enough that you can not speak and are out of breath while doing it.

  3. Create a timeline for the activity you plan. It is best to keep track of time and duration of such exercise you do. Try to do the same this time each day will help you stay focused on the long term.

  4. Stay hydrated and do not lack water. If you are diabetic, you can drink lots of water already. Make sure that during intense exercise and after finishing you need to replenish the water you sweat.

  5. Enhance your workout by staying as active as you can when you're not exercising. Use stairs even when the elevator is available, park at the furthest point of the mall and walk the other side, take a walk around your block. Anything you do to keep the trend to a regiment of exercise will improve your overall health much faster.

If you follow these simple tips, you begin to see results in no time. Your weight will drop and you will be able to breathe much better, sleep will be much more rewarding, but most of all you start to feel better. The exercise has been proven time and again to ward off debilitating problem health, so be in the segment of the population who wants to live longer.

The authors explain the psychological and health issues that can result from compulsive exercise — including bone loss, fractures, amenorrhea, and unhealthy eating. They also cover the problems arising from inadequate exercise and provide ways that ill people can safely implement fitness programs.
