Salad (lettuce, romaine, salad mixed, etc.) 4. Garden burgers (just the cake) 5. Some dairy products (cheese, yogurt fat free) 6. Vinaigrette (I use Newman's dressing spray calorie sesame ginger 1 / spray) for the year: 1. Dance / Ballet / Modern / Point (I dance 5 days a week, Monday to Friday) 2. Jogging in place 3. Jump-roping 4. Curl-ups/push-ups 5. Stretching With this diet and exercise how much weight do you think I'll be able to lose? Do you think this is healthy? Thank you!
