How much would you pay per month for a gym intense group?

How much would you pay per month for a gym intense group? It would 10-12 points based on the same fitness, each containing a set of exercise equipment, weights, rubber bands, balloons medicina, machines and treadmills. Anyone could come three times a week for a class of 40 minutes. 40 minute class exerciseswould look like this: 5 minute warm up, 20 minute resistance training done in accordance with instructions from a coach group, changes in driving ever so no chainring and boredom. Then 10 minutes of training high intensity interval on a treadmill = 30 seconds walk, then 30 seconds of the highest speed you can take (sprint), then again 30 seconds walk, 30 seconds of the highest speed you can take (sprint). 5 minutes of stretching This routine will develop strength and overall conditioning and help you lose weight.

About think what many people whose spirit of Working with people to think that some do not want to be in a band that does that. I go to a gym and pay 10 dollars a month the only part bad news is they do not have a golf ball or tennis racket basketball. they have everything else. I personly wouldnt pay for it unless it was not sport
