Is it better to cover my dogs leg?

Yesterday, I posted a question about my dog box, shes 16 so thought the worst and took her to the VET e. The vet said she has arthritis and gave me pain relief for her that I was really happy. The vet said I should give him pieces of exercise to warm up the legs, but im scared because my mother arthritis and she says when she reaches the cold, his pain worse. I asked the jacket I cover his leg to keep her warm and she said not really? I Veterinarians know far more than we know, but what do you think, will I keep her legs warm while back I take a walk this time year?

Just as with people, when you want to keep warm, make you better keep the body warm, which raises the global temperature.
