I'm pretty thin, but soft / soft. With regular exercise HOW LONG until I toning results?
I 28 years baby and body position. I do not really have the body fat to lose, then how long until I see the results of my body, including arms and legs get stronger and toned with regular exercise? With regular exercise, I mean exercise Everyday for 30-45 minutes engaged in brisk walking with stroller (including the hills), videos of high intensity exercise if can not get out, and use of resistance bands for toning the arms.
If you hang out with the exercise program that you mentioned, 6 weeks tops. good luck.
