How come some people believe that fitness and exercise is only for people FAT?
I know I am overweight and need to lose. But people sit and watch TV all day and tell me I need to exercise and watch what I eat because I am pregnant. But they, themselves, are not so thin. & Even if they are telling me that they are smacking and munching on a big bag of Doritos. And say they do not need to exercise or lose weight. And when I say: "Well, are not you a hypocrite? And they say: "That's OK B / C you'll get diabetes, stroke, & Heart Attack! Not me. "My antidepressants make me gain weight.
Everyone, adults and children need to be active. It's nice if a sport or dance that people appreciate. For the rest of us, we have to develop and walk / run. I have a friend who is extremely thin, but not tonic. She believes because it is thin it does not have to worry about the exercise, as I do.
