Exercise routines and menu for a kid who wants to lose weight?

I really want to lose weight. I am 4'10 ". A daughter. And 107-110 pounds. Please provide exercise routines, habits, schedules, etc. remotely and also provide a menu for a regular day. :)

Her daughter is very simple! Eat 6 times a day, eat only fruit meats and vegetables. Do not touch the bread, starches, packaged foods. Walk (brisk walking) for 30 minutes a day. If you can lift a little weight to do three times a week with 48 hours rest between sessions. This is everything! Just do not cheat or you lose.
