Chinchilla few questions?

1) Where can I find a vet whos going to know what he did with my Chinner? 2) what is a good cleaner I can use to clean their cages better, because right now Im just like cleaning the hell outta the cage with a damp wash, if this is something thats going to kill .. yuck their cages? 3) They have to chew blocks and a house hidden in their cages (this number does not work there feed animals), What can I put in there for them to be for entertainment? (None of them use rollers, trust me ive lost like 50 + dollars or three different types of wheels) obtain at least an hour of the cage never night if im not worried about the exercise, I just need few ideas to keep most happy when he's in the cage. 4) What are healthy treats can I feed them? and I know it sounds a bit like i didn't make research before I got them, but I did and they are very well taken care of, I just want advice or opinions of other chinchilla owners.

1) If you do not want to drive to call local vets and interview. Find answers to some health issues chinchilla. They all say they will treat and chinchillas, but they may not have the experience. 2) You can use diluted bleach, but chinchillas are very sensitive to chemicals and everything must be thoroughly washed.
