Looking to lose 30 pounds, need some food ideas and other tips.?

Hello all ..... So in the last 2 years, I lost 50 pounds (weight of a baby). I receive no weight since having my baby 3 years ago I lost and maintained my weight, I did a power of 90 and other exercise programs. Now with the holidays the way I want to start my workouts again, I'm waiting on my new DVD, but meanwhile I'm struggling to find things that are easy to cook healthy, Im not the best cook in the world, but if anyone has any ideas on food thats easy to make health for my family ... I 30 to 40 pounds more to lose, I'll be at my ideal weight. I'm just a hard time losing the last of this weight so any help or ideas will be great .. Thank you in advance thanks to the ppl who were actually nice enough to leave answers polite ... its a great help

Hi Amber, Many people have had great success with weight loss to diet with much raw fruit and vegetables. He worked for my own mother to lose 50 pounds in 10 months and I saw him in action. There are many great websites and information out there. I'll leave with two of them here. I hope you have a look and see what you think. Good luck. I'm sure you will get there.
