arrghh, like alllllllllll female celebs have thin toned legs to DIE for! HOW?! yes i know they have personal trianers and money but still.. it cant just be that? we can all exercise.. so what do they do?: what exercises (yes i know squats whatever, they dont seem to do much tbh! well.. thats my experience) what food plans? exercise routines? HOWWWW? how do i get slim toned legss like them? i know it will take time.. thats okay- its my new years resolution ahhaha:) so HOW basically.. what exercise routines etc ? thanks in advance

if you want to have really skinny legs i would reccommend trying an activity such as swimming. Doing sports such as gymnastics and dance will give you really really muscular legs and often will make you look like your legs are shorter than you are...Trust me i am a dancer...and my legs are super super muscular...Ya anyways to answer your question lol its all about diet, very strict yet healthy dieting. Also, they are often airbrushed...
