I USE A CIRCUIT TRAINING FOR ALL my cutting cycles and is an excellent way to burn fat and build RESISTANCE BOTH. THE SECOND MEETING OF YOU HAVE list is much easier than The Workout 300 and I would even say it's a workout moderate.
