Boxing workout at home?
Hello guys, I am setting up a training area in my garage, punching bag, rope jump, weight lifting, Hook & Jab pads etc. I have changed my diet and continue to eat healthily and are intended to to short bursts of exercise-20 minutes per day and the strengthening of 20 minutes twice a day. I am quite overweight and want to lose about 4stone but especially down a few sizes of clothes and get in shape. My question is whether you expect I'll get good results on my system? Healthy eating and a daily workout to see me lose some weight right?
It will, but I recommend going to a boxing gym or seeing a coach staff to keep changing your routine and help you in any plateaus you. Good luck.
