Do you know how to exercise properly?
Are you one at the gym with bad posture, and technical facts Dangerous as you use the momentum and mixing weights around? Or you actually knowledgeable in your exercise routine? Personally I was a girl fitness for over 15 years. It scares me when I see so many people walk this line dangerous for injuries due to lack of knowledge. But many people have never been shown somewhat different. What can be done so that everyone has free access to this information.?
I totally agree with you. I see them swing and bounce weight every time I go to the gym, gym and staff do not say a word. In fact the only time the gym staff speak is when they are either flirting or chatting. Gyms do not care, they cover themselves by giving an induction base, then your yourself. I joined 10 different gyms and showed me how to perform one of compound exercises (eg squat deadlift, military press, bench press). I see the scene of countless young people need isolation exercises for hours, then a few months before the line, they discourage their results and I do not see them again. The majority of these boys to join a gym because they want strong and put on some muscles. Instead, what they get is hampered from the beginning. They are given the state of the art machinery and isolation exercises stupid because it is faster and easier than to show them the proper muscle building compound exercises. How can it be hard to show them the 10 exercises they need to get through the first year or not??? It is sad to note that the gyms get the most out of their money by people not actually present at the gym. Their ideal customer is one who falls every year, but only bother to turn up 2 weeks either side of Christmas and one month before their vacation. Because they need fewer staff and there is less wear on their equipment. Each year I get a little bigger and stronger, I feel less welcome. I have to change frequently as gyms gyms increasingly adopt a "friendly" getting rid of their weights because of potential new members could be put off by the people to lift heavy weights.
