Fast weight loss? (Who is free?)
I am a teenager and pretty overweight. I currently weigh 174 with a target somewhere in the 130 is. I tried many diets in the summer and daily exercise, including cardio and training. Somehow, I do not see results. My diet has changed considerably as well. Does anyone have any idea why I did not see results? If so, then what I could do to see faster results? To clear up any confusion: I currently exercise for an hour or more per day, but it is a recent development. And my diet is limited in a rough 1200, but I sometimes induldge too.

OK in the morning, eat only a bannana with half a cup of milk 2% between 8 No. 12 the clock ... it depends on the time wake Wat U ... in the afternoon between1 No. 3 clock eat a regular meal ... when I say regularly I mean anything ur mother is as long as its fattening .. nothing to eat a meal that contains no oil or fried in the ... its best is to eat meat during lunch time ... do not eat burgers or fries NE Thing fast food places ... if you want something to eat some SUBWAY healthy thing ... the best place to eat when a diet n want to eat a quick lunch not dinner .. if u have the latest hungrey 3 to 7 eat a salad ... do not eat after 7 because that's how u gain weight trust me .... if u have massive hungrey between meals or to eat fruit ... thats it Vegtables nothing but snacks .... drink plenty of water because water helps u lose fat because u pee it out ... I would try to fit in 8 glasses of water a day .... try to excersize ... walk around the block every day or if u have stairs go up n down lyk 10 times a day ... NE is typical of excerisize good even if it is small ... when u first go on this system should ub determined to do .... No sugar ..... when u eat sugar n sugar reached u body it turns into fat .... So sugar cookies candy .... not lyk I NO IT WILL BE DIFFICULT B but believe me U will love the results ... ok somethings that u most avoid, but can eat are milk, bread .. ect ... I mean when u drink milk get the 2% milk or 1 NOT ALL .... the whole is very fattening ... u can eat bread, but NEVER EAT WHITE .... buy wheat .... when ever u but a drink lyk orange juice or servant minite alwayz go for CARB FAT free or low ..... Another thing I go to the calories ... count ur calorie intake because it helped me when I was in or on a diet .... Do not exceed more than 2000 calories ... if u go overboard or 50 or 75 calories thats ok .... but if u intake 2,000 calories a day for one month u will ca drastic change .... remmember 3500 equal to a book, but if u are not on a diet u can only intake about 2,200 calories a day ... but try to supply power for 2000 ... Do not count calories of fruit or vegetables in the salad ur Ly n drink and lunch ... if uu will follow this good Results .... remmember be determined ... I would like for u to lose weight because I lost weight when I thought I could not ... o one more thing ... sleeping for no more than 8 to 9 hours a day, because if u exceed that u will gain significant weight ... sorry if I gave too much info lol u good luck n remmember it worked on me
