Tips for weight loss post-partum?

I had a baby 18 days ago. It was a natural delivery complication free if my midwife said I could start to ease into an exercise routine. I've lost 22 pounds in childbirth and breastfeeding. What has been working to make you lose weight left on the baby? My cousin and I are now starting a walking routine, but everything else works better for you?

I managed to lose the baby weight and then some. Once I was at the height I stayed active. Try to do some cardio every day. I also did a lot of squats and calf raises while holding the baby. She loved it and he helped calm a little. Oh, and eat lots of fruits, vegetables and whole grains. Good luck!
