im 17 and I weigh about 140 pounds i only have a gym in total and an exercise bike. I pull up a bar outside, and I could run ... but its almost winter. I do not want to build muscle, but my main goal is to be more tone. any comprehensive system of ideas which I want to buy any additional equipment either, thank you
