What are good exercises for toning your abs?

I just try to tone my abs. When I look on the web I get all these excerises commands that require a gym. I just want some exercises I can do in my basement and try to tone my abs, especially the lower abdominals. A regiment of training would be useful.

jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight evenly throughout your body. If you want to lose weight in specific areas, we must target them with exercises. If this is your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You have to work twice on them. The best approach is: 1. Lower / control your daily calorie intake (control of normal weight, the downward being overweight). 2. Run / jog to lower your percentage of body fat overall. 3. Target your problem areas with exercises. An excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture, for example). In your hands hold a potato. If Please, make sure it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you will damage your back and spine! Slowly move your upper body back, until it is parallel to the ground. Stop a second and return it to sitting position. Repeat ten times. Each week, increase the number of repetitions. You will see results within a week, guaranteed! You can see or feel under the fat - if you have any - six pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these crunches - I came to three hundred and There were no results at all. With the dumbbells you will see in a week.
