Hello folks, could someone in the medical or physiological give me an answer to my problem.?
when exercise i or support for any length of time iGetter back pain, pain in the hip area, it band.and my very tight hamstrings and the muscles are HOM calve question really stretching tight.no i felxibilty do.my in the region of the hip is really bad, Ive been kickboxing and is not helping a bit.
Hi Glenn To be more precise there is a lot of questions to be answered. Have you ever injured you lower back or legs? How long does the pain to start and how long to feel comfortable? Have symptoms of both sides? Is it worse at any time of day or just when you carry / stand? What kind of work did you have? Are you often sit or you do a lot of bending and lifting? Do you have any problems abdominal (gut / water supply)? There are many different things that could be causing your symptoms. If you have back pain leg pain associated with the first thing to rule out possible pinched nerve. If you are getting tingling or numbness or weakness in the leg Although it could not confirm this are not always present. If symptoms do not improve or especially if they become worse, then you should get checked by your GP. Once you have verified the osteopath or physiotherapist should be able to advise more precisely.
