Suggestions for a good exercise routine for a beginner?
I am 39 years old and have been a stay at home mother for 10. I've always been thin until I have my children 10 years ago and my weight has ballooned over the years. Now I need to lose about 60 pounds. (I weigh 200 and my goal weight is 140) We belong to a health club in Nice and a couple of weeks I started going there every day. I have to walk faster for a mile of each visit, either walking on the track or treadmill. But the last two days I used a stationary bike and I love much more than the treadmill. I am sooooo motivated and I made up my mind to get rid of these books. I just know the best equipment to use. If I'm going to invest one hour in the gym, I want to use to get the most fat combustion my training and to secure at the same time I have not been settled. Thoughts? Suggestions? Thank you!
