Exercise fight against depression and anxiety.?
I have a major depressive disorder, who returns each year for two years. I am currently having a crisis of depression that is including both anxiety and depressed mood. I am on Elavil (50mg) and Wellbutrin XL (300mg). My question is how many of you have used exercise as a means to fight against your depression and he help? I was walking two miles a day for the last two weeks ... Some days are better than others but I am a lot of blah, anxious days. Nightlife / Nights are always better for me. Any advice from others who are or have been in my shoes?
I used the exercise to deal with my depression a bit. I suffer from major depression and even medicine GB It does not work completely. So I use the exercise the little thing on the side to help you. And it works very well for me. If you do this correctly, you can create a lot of endorphins, which released into your body and those are what makes you feel good. I do a lot of cycling is what seems to work best for me.
