I'm type 1 diabetes, even if someone knows what I mean. Also, I just want tips of the year. I just got into dance classes (ballet, jazz) said my grandmother, who will help me lose weight, but I just starting a week ago so we'll see. And every summer, me and my friend go to the YMCA pool, and I do volleyball with a team from January until April, and I do gymnastics. I'm going to start gymnastics again in a month. That's what I'll do. I've done before but it stopped for a short period. That's what I'll do, do you have anything else I could do? I am a very healthy eater. My doctor says I eat well and does not change my diet and said that I eat healthier than most people. So I exercise all the time in fact. I do all those who dance, gymnastics, YMCA when I can. Any other tips on how to lose weight. I'm not fat, but diabetics always have weight problems and I will for sure that does not happen for me.
To lose weight I would do cardio because it is specifically designed to burn fat. Cardio is to run on a treadmill or trainer of the Cross, rowing, and many other activities. To build muscle, it is very helpful to take supplements, and a balanced diet. muscle building involves many different exercises that I will not go into now. It is important to use your insulin or take additional sugar depending on the amount of exercise you do and how you eat etc. Hope this helps!
