How to stop the desire to have a snack late at night?

Recently I was on food and making exercises / yoga for 2-3 hours during the day. I abstained from all forms of Carbo and myself to take disciplinary my dinner later 19 hours a day. But I find myself getting hungry / thirsty development for food late at night. It was so bad tat I finished binging on unhealthy food and made me feel guilty the next day. How will I stop feeling hungry / thirsty late at night? I'm 160cm and 70kg. I'm too big as a daughter.

Drink a large glass of water, chew gum or brush your teeth. You can also use a mouth wash REALLY strong as Listerine (Original orange / yellow) is very rough and burns your mouth a little, but you probably will not want anything to eat after you do this. Try it, might work for you. Also, sometimes we are the cravings when we're just thirsty, not really hungry, make sure to drink that bottle of water first.
