Does anyone know of an easier way to hypnotize your self? I download ebooks called How to unlock the power of your mind, but the instructions are not very clear, in fact, I think it was written by someone who has had to learn English. In the book he tells you to do two exercises a relaxation week, then go to hypnotize yourself, but it takes too long and the instructions are in poor condition. If someone knows an easier way to hypnotize your car, or if you know of an easy to understand the relationships that would be great.

You can use sensations that are normally out of your consciousness, such as the temperature of your ankle, feeling the bottom of your feet, the weight of a piece of clothing, etc. Continue the process using two things you see, then two, then two sounds and feelings. However, a visual, auditory and kinesthetic one. Close your eyes. Some something of the image. You get a picture up or just that one happen. Pause and "imagine" a sound. Next, imagine a feeling. Repeat the process with two images, then two sounds, then two feelings. Repeat with three images, sounds and feelings. If you do not receive all the courses, relax. In fact, it's a sign that you've gone deep enough, if you lose where you're in the process. Just let your mind wander where it will and trust that your unconscious is the realization of the suggestions you gave. Let yourself out of the trance when he sees fit. You'll often find that you out very close as long as you have suggested.
