(I am writing to my aunt), I weigh about 195 pounds and I have lost about 10 pounds over the last few months. I used to be 205. This is not normal. I watch what I eat, make sure what I cannot eat. I run almost every day for several months now, but recently dropped since my weight loss does not get anywhere. I am up 5 pounds and I'm about 300 (lifted from top to bottom), my arms are just as fat.
