How can I reduce my belly and abdominal fat, even after four years of delivery?

I have not cut my fat taken on my abdomenal and stomach area ... even now my second baby 4 years. I had my two children by Section C. Please advise what should I do .. I still have some time if not to look inside, like three months pregnant .. Please please help .. Any special exercise or special cream that can really help .. Please advise.

We can not target a specific part of the body to reduce fat! They have control following the diet and regular exercise. they may try to ABS following the diet, but it takes some time. Since belly fat is the most difficult to burn.
