I am an adult, should I get, Xbox, Playstation Wii or something else?

Most games I've seen the dolls and appear to be for children, but I want to do some light exercise and it should be fun to keep me interested! Thank you for any suggestions.

my fiance just bought me a Wii! and its awesome! we bought the Wii Fit so I can work and have fun while doing! also the wii games for children as well as games for adults who do not have small dolls and characters from Disney films in them. And the games are pretty cheap compared to other systems .... my brothers have an Xbox and PlayStation, and I personally do not enjoy it as much as I do the Wii.
