Should I exercise more?

My goal is not to lose weight. but to tone up my muscles for a nice lean, sexy, slim, I'm already thin body. I just need to tone a little .. I intend to do squats and lunges, pilates and some more later .. but I just went for a walk with my new shoes Reebok EasyTone:] about 1 hour .. Should I do more cardio before workout? I usually do 15-20 minutes on an exercise bike a day .. Can I skip today because I do not work?

I do not think you should do more cardio. Focus on the 20 minute high intensity cardio and then follow with strength exercises like squats, lunges, push-ups, etc. This is the best way to help you tone and firm. However, if you feel like just walking outside, or because you like it, then by all means foot!
