A New Way To Burn Calories? EASY 10 POINTS?

Well, i want you guys to see if this is a good way to burn calories.

Exercise routine:
AT SCHOOL (POWERLIFTING)
monday: We do benching, then we lift small amount of weights on each arm and we bring the weights up to our chest. Then we jog half a mile.
tuesday: we do squats, then we get on a weird machine where we can lift weights with out feet. Then we jog half a mile.
wednesday: we do dead lifts. then we do military lifts. And of course, jog half a mile.

AT HOME:
Jump rope 30 minutes
Lift light weights (20 pounds on each arm)
Do crunches (50 a day)

Food:
Morning: Cereal
Noon(school): Chips, Milk and a weird chicken with salad taco
Night: Cereal/what ever my parents make me.

Will this help me loose weight?
I'm 15 years old, about 5"7, and weight 130

Also, will masturbating get in the way of my exercise?
every time i do, i feel weak in my right arm and i can't lift weights.
